The floor, the kitchen and the till. On one tablet.

The counter, the shelves and the till. On one tablet.

EasyPay runs a restaurant's service from the first table to the last receipt: seat a party, send the order to the kitchen, split the bill and close the day. The menu, the staff and the reports live in a back office you open in your browser.

EasyPay runs a shop's day from the first scan to the last receipt: ring up a sale, take the payment, handle a return and know what is left on the shelf. The products, the stock and the reports live in a back office you open in your browser.

Front of house

See the whole room. Know what every table owes.

  • Your floor plan, as you drew it

Lay out each room in the back office: main room, terrace, bar. The tablet shows the same plan, with a count of the tables taken in each.

  • A table says where it stands

Free, seated, waiting for its bill or reserved. A seated table carries what it owes and how long the guests have been there, and its chairs light up for the covers.

  • Bookings land on the same plan

Take a booking, give it a table, and seat the party when they arrive. The order opens with the right number of covers.

Kitchen and bar

Send once. The right printer gets the right ticket.

  • Food to the kitchen, drinks to the bar

Each category prints where it is made. Options and kitchen notes travel with the line, so nobody walks back to ask.

  • A clock on every ticket

The till's kitchen screen lists every send. A ticket turns amber after 8 minutes and red after 15. Tap a line when it is done, bump the ticket when it reaches the pass.

  • A silent printer never holds an order

The order still goes through. The till names the printer that did not answer, and the ticket can be printed again once it is back.

Payment

Split it any way the table asks. It still adds up to one bill.

  • Equally, by seat or line by line

Divide the amount into equal shares, each paid its own way, or move lines between separate checks. The shares are kept until they add up to the bill.

  • Cash with the change worked out

A keypad, round amounts and the change to give. The service charge you set in the back office sits on the bill as its own line.

  • A receipt the guest can keep

Print it on 58 mm or 80 mm paper with your logo and your own header and footer, or share it from the tablet by e-mail or WhatsApp.

  • Refunds without the guesswork

Refund a whole receipt or only some of its lines, with a reason and how the money goes back. Reprint any receipt exactly as it was first printed.

Selling

Scan it, tap it, sell it. The sale builds itself.

  • A barcode or a tile

A scanner that types like a keyboard rings a product up by its barcode, and every product has a tile to tap. The same product again adds one more to its line.

  • Sizes, colours and weight

A product that comes in sizes or colours asks which one, and each choice says what is left. One sold by weight asks for the kilos.

  • A discount, or another price

Ten or twenty percent off a line in one tap, your own figure, or a discount on the whole sale. A changed price holds for this sale only, and can ask for a manager.

  • Serve the next customer first

Park the sale as it is and start another. Parked sales wait behind one key until their customer is back at the counter.

Stock

Know what is on the shelf. Without walking to it.

  • Every tile says what is left

Amber when few are left, red when it is out. A sale takes from stock by itself, so there is nothing to keep count of at the till.

  • A stock check at the counter

Scan a product or type its name: the till shows what the shop holds of each size and colour, with its price.

  • Deliveries, counts and corrections

In the back office: purchase orders to your suppliers, deliveries received against them, stock counts, and a movement written for every change.

  • Your whole catalog in one go

Bring your products in from a spreadsheet, with their sizes, colours and barcodes, and print barcode labels for the ones that have none.

Returns

Scan the receipt. The sale opens, ready to put right.

  • The receipt finds itself

Every receipt prints a barcode at its foot. Scan it and the sale opens. Without the paper, find it by its number: the last 30 days are there, from every till in the shop.

  • Refund what comes back

Take off what the customer keeps, pick how the money goes back and give a reason. The goods go back into stock, or are written off as damaged when they are faulty.

  • An exchange in one sale

What comes back pays for what the customer takes instead, and only the difference is paid or given back.

  • Paid the wrong way?

Change how a receipt was paid without touching its amount. Who corrected it, and when, is kept.

Also on the till

The small things a service runs on. Already there.

The small things a shop's day runs on. Already there.

Park a sale, serve the next

A customer went back for one more thing? Park the sale and ring up the next one. The key at the top of the sale says how many are waiting, and a day does not close while one is unpaid.

Takeaway and delivery, on a board

New, in the kitchen, ready. Every order gets a number for the day and a time it is due, and it moves along the board as the kitchen works through it.

It keeps selling when the internet drops

OrdersSales and payments are saved on the tablet and sent on when the connection returns. Printing runs on your own network or a USB cable, so it never waits for the internet.

A second PIN for what matters

A refund, a void after the kitchen has the order, a discount or opening the drawer can ask for a manager, who taps their name and enters their own PIN.

A refund, a discount, a changed price or opening the drawer can ask for a manager, who taps their name and enters their own PIN. It is done in the cashier's name, with who approved it kept.

A drawer counted your way

Type what you counted, or count note by note from Rs 2,000 down to Rs 1. Cash in, cash out, an X report at any time, and the Z report when you close.

Type what you counted, or count note by note. Cash in and cash out print a slip for the drawer, a count is taken when the drawer changes hands, and the day closes on one.

Off sale in one tap

Something should not be sold today? Switch it off on Products & stock. It cannot be rung up, by tile or by barcode, until it is switched back on.

Sold out in one tap

Run out of the grilled fish? Switch it off on the till. It stays on the menu, greyed, until it is back.

A customer on the sale

Find a customer by name, phone or e-mail, or add a new one at the counter. Their name prints on the receipt, and the receipt can go to them by e-mail or WhatsApp.

Three languages

The till speaks English, French and Kreol Morisien. Change it from the side menu whenever you like; the menu items stay as you typed them.

Clock in, clock out

Staff clock in with their PIN and sign their own sales. The back office turns the punches into a time-card report.

A new price from the counter

Scan a product on Products & stock and give it a new price. Every till in the shop has it at its next sync, and the back office keeps what it was.

Stock that counts itself

A sale takes from stock and a refund puts it back. A report shows what is left and what is running low. Barcode scanners that type like a keyboard add items straight to the order.

The catalog

Products with their sizes and colours, cost and margin, barcodes and VAT. Bring them in from a spreadsheet and print barcode labels for the shelf.

The stock

What you hold of every product, purchase orders to your suppliers, deliveries, counts and adjustments, with a movement kept for every change.

The numbers

Sales, products, tax and day closing, the worth of your stock and what to reorder. Every report downloads as a spreadsheet file for your accountant.

The people

A PIN for each member of staff, and roles that decide who may refund, discount, change a price, open the drawer or see the figures.

The menu

Categories in your colours, items, add-ons and options, discounts. VAT at 15%, zero-rated and exempt items, with prices that include or exclude tax.

Questions

What restaurants ask us first.

What shops ask us first.

Does it work when the internet goes down?

Yes. OrdersSales and payments are saved on the tablet and sent to the back office when the connection returns. Printing goes over your own network or a USB cable and does not need the internet at all.

Which printers does it work with?

ESC/POS receipt printers with 58 mm or 80 mm paper, connected to your network by their IP address or to the tablet by USB cable. Bluetooth printers are not supported yet.

Can I take card payments?

Yes, alongside your card terminal. Take the payment on the terminal, then record it as a card payment on the till. The till does not talk to the terminal itself.

Can I bring in the products I already have?

Yes. The back office reads a spreadsheet of your products, with their sizes, colours, prices and barcodes, shows you what it understood and adds them in one go. After that, products and prices are yours to change there, and tills pick the changes up at their next sync.

Do I need a barcode scanner?

No, but it is faster with one. Every product has a tile to tap and can be found by its name. A scanner that types like a keyboard, by USB or Bluetooth, works as it is. Scanning with the tablet's camera is not supported yet.

My products have no barcodes. Can it make them?

Yes. The back office gives a product a barcode of its own and prints labels for it, on a sheet or on a roll, for you to stick on.

Can I change the menu and prices myself?

Yes. Categories, items, add-ons, taxes and prices are all yours to edit in the back office. Tablets pick the changes up at their next sync.

Which languages does the till speak?

English, French and Kreol Morisien. The language is chosen on the tablet, from the side menu, and can be changed at any time.

How do I get an account?

We open every account ourselves. Book a demo, and once you are happy we create your restaurant and your logins. From there the menu, the tables and the staff are yours to set up in the back office.
